This adorable dog has beautiful, long eyelashes that some women would kill for.  

Chloe Shaw, 20, from Romford, Essex, bought her super-cute pooch Walt in August for £1,500, and said she was immediately drawn to his stunning eyes and huge eyelashes. 

The professional dog groomer said strangers often stop her and her 10-month-old pup in the street to comment on her stunning luscious lashes, which make her look more doe-eyed than any Disney Princess. 

Chloe, revealed Walt laps up the love he receives for his lengthy eyelashes, adding: 'He is a super cheeky and cute dog who loves the attention he gets from people during our walks.'

The 20-year-old professional dog groomer said she 'absolutely' loves Walt's (pictured) long and curly eyelashes 

Chloe revealed maintaining his appearance can be time consuming, explaining: 'He is brushed daily and is groomed every four weeks which includes the full works such as trimming and nail clipping.

'He can be a bit cheeky when grooming him as he gets a bit excited and doesn't standstill.' 

But the 20-year-old added that his eyelashes were her favourite feature about the pooch, saying: 'Walt has eyelashes to die for. They are so long and curly, I absolutely love them. 

'Some people think they are fake as he looks like he has had an eyelash extension.'

Can dogs have naturally long eyelashes? 

Just like humans, dogs have eyelashes to protect their eyes. 

When they dig, play outside or explore the park, their lashes are there to prevent them from external objects or debris that could otherwise lodge themselves under their eyelids.

But unlike their owners, a dog eyelashes are only found on their upper eyelid, not the lower part of the eye. 

Dogs' lashes can be trimmed, but if they are no bother to the dog, they should be left alone to make sure their eyes receive the proper amount of protection. 

They will grow back if trimmed.  

Long-haired pooches, like Cocker Spaniels, are more likely to have long eyelashes than others. 

Other breeds known for their envious lashes are Maltese, Yorkshire Terriers, Lhasa Apsos, Shih Tzus and Poodles. 

The Guinness World Record holder for longest eyelashes as of 2014 is an Australian Labradoodle in Tokyo, Japan named Ranmaru, whose eyelash measured 17 centimetres.

She added: 'He is such a sweet boy, I love him and his lashes!' 

Chloe has now set up an Instagram account dedicated to sharing photographs of Walt, which has racked up over 2,000 followers.

Among the adorable snaps is Walt lounging on a new summer bed, playing and indulging on pancake day.

Gushing about his looks, one person commented: 'Wow. Look at them lashes.'

While one wrote: 'Look at that wittle face', another added: 'Walt, you look so cute.' 

'OMG this is so adorable,' another added. 

According to dog website, Oodle Life, leaving your canine's lashes to grow too long can lead to gunk in their eye and their vision being obstructed. 

There are also a host of conditions that can develop that cause discomfort such as redness and itching.
